RYZE Mushroom Coffee Review: My Honest Experience, Results & Is It Worth It?

Okay, so if you’ve been seeing RYZE Mushroom Coffee all over your timeline and wondering, “Is this actually worth the hype?” I get it. I had the same question before I started drinking it myself. And since I’m big on sharing what I actually use, not just what somebody is paying me to talk about, I wanted to give you my honest RYZE Mushroom Coffee review. What I like, what I don’t, my actual experience with it, and whether I think RYZE is worth trying for yourself.

My Experience With RYZE Mushroom Coffee

I’ve been drinking RYZE Mushroom Coffee consistently for a while now, and honestly, it’s the only coffee I’ve been able to stick with. I hadn’t drunk regular coffee in years, but what I noticed with RYZE was different. For me, the energy feels calm and steady. I don’t get that jittery feeling, and I’m not dealing with a crash later.

One of the biggest things I’ve personally noticed is how I feel mentally. I have ADHD, and I feel like RYZE helps me focus without making me feel wired. I don’t feel as mentally foggy, and on long recording days, especially when I’m working on my podcast, I feel clearer and more steady.

And yes, I’m a RYZE affiliate now, but I want to be clear about that part too. I was consistently drinking it and genuinely liked it before I started promoting it. If I’m going to recommend something to you, I want it to be something I actually use.

RYZE Mushroom Coffee and ADHD: My Experience With Focus

One of the reasons RYZE has stayed in my routine is how I personally feel when I drink it. Having ADHD, I know the difference between feeling energized and actually feeling like my brain can settle in and focus. For me, RYZE gives me more of that calm, steady energy instead of making me feel wired.

I’ve noticed less mental fog, and I especially appreciate it on days when I’m recording, creating content, or trying to stay focused for longer stretches of time. It doesn’t magically make my ADHD disappear, obviously, but I do notice a difference in how clear and steady I feel when it’s part of my routine.

RYZE Mushroom Coffee, PCOS, Bloating & Weight Loss: My Experience

I also have PCOS, so I pay attention to things like bloating, digestion, cravings, and how different foods and drinks make me feel. Since drinking RYZE consistently, I’ve personally noticed improvements in my bloating and gut health, and I feel like it has helped me with stress snacking too.

I also believe RYZE has supported my weight-loss journey, but let me be very clear: I’m not about to sit here and tell you mushroom coffee made me lose weight by itself. During that time, I was also being intentional about what I ate and working out around five days a week. RYZE was simply one of the things I consistently included in my routine.

So if you’re wondering whether RYZE Mushroom Coffee helps with weight loss, bloating, or PCOS, I can only speak to my own experience. For me, it has been a supportive part of a bigger routine, not some magical fix.

How I Make RYZE Mushroom Coffee

Most mornings, I keep my RYZE pretty simple. I use about a tablespoon of RYZE Mushroom Coffee with hot water, oat or almond milk, a little brown sugar, and sometimes nondairy creamer. That’s usually my go-to when I want something quick.

But I’m also not drinking the exact same cup every day. When I want something different, I’ll turn it into my McDonald’s-inspired caramel frappe with ice, oat milk, caramel, vanilla, a little brown sugar, and whipped cream.

I’ve had RYZE in the morning, after workouts, and while recording my podcast. That’s probably part of why I’ve been able to stick with it. It actually fits into my real life instead of feeling like another wellness thing I have to force myself to do.

What Does RYZE Mushroom Coffee Taste Like?

Okay, because this was definitely one of my questions too. When you hear “mushroom coffee,” it’s easy to assume you’re about to drink something that tastes like somebody blended mushrooms into a coffee cup.

To me, RYZE itself is pretty bland, and I can actually drink it with nothing added. But I’m also somebody who can drink tea with absolutely nothing in it, so these are MY taste buds we’re talking about.

I’ve heard some people say they notice an aftertaste with RYZE. I personally haven’t had that issue, but I also think how you prepare it matters, and everybody’s taste buds are different. Some of the ways people have told me they prepared theirs definitely had me thinking, well...that might be part of the problem.

That’s why I always tell people: make RYZE the way you would normally make your coffee. Most people are not sitting around drinking black coffee anyway lol. If you normally use milk, creamer, sweetener, or flavoring, try that with your RYZE too.

Most days, I use oat or almond milk, a little brown sugar, and sometimes nondairy creamer. And when I want something sweeter, I’ll switch it up and make my McDonald’s-inspired RYZE caramel frappe.

Is RYZE Mushroom Coffee Worth It?

For me, yes. And I say that as somebody who was actually drinking RYZE consistently before I ever became an affiliate.

The biggest reason it’s worth it for me is that I actually use it. I’ve bought plenty of things with good intentions that eventually ended up sitting somewhere collecting dust. RYZE hasn’t been one of them. It fits into my routine, I like how I feel when I drink it, I can make it different ways depending on what I’m in the mood for, and I’ve been able to stay consistent with it.

Does that mean everybody is going to love it? No. Taste is personal, everybody’s body is different, and I’m not going to tell you a cup of mushroom coffee is about to magically change your life. But if you’ve been curious about RYZE Mushroom Coffee and want to see how it fits into your own routine, I do think it’s worth trying for yourself and seeing how you feel with it.

That’s ultimately why I continue to drink it and why I’m comfortable recommending it.
